What's the best way to hydrate? (1) Stop buying water in plastic bottles, (2) test your tap water, (3) filter it if necessary, and (4) carry it in the healthiest, most environmentally responsible water bottles available. Unlike plastic bottles and other aluminum bottles, Swiss-made SIGG bottles have been shown through independent testing to be 100% leach free (read for yourself the findings of independent testing agency ÖKO-Test). However, SIGG recently announced that, although its bottles have never leached any toxic chemicals, up until very recently the bottles did include Bisphenol A in their patented water-based, nonleaching resin lining. Bisphenol A has been linked to cancer.
